  Clean, well kept store. The employees here are super friendly and willing to answer any questions you might have. Pricing is the same as online (except, online they have an outlet/discount section.) Seeing everything in person is really different than just looking at it on a computer monitor. Getting to feel the soft leathers, and seeing the brilliant gleam of the crystals in person is something special. Even if you're not in the market to make an actual purchase, a stop into a Swarovski store is well worth a little time. The goods are all really beautiful, some even breathtaking.

  My name is jenna, last year my boyfriend bought me the Dazzle Ring for Christmas. I got many compliments on my ring, i even had a co-worker get the same ring, and wear it as an engagement ring. Unfortunately, my ring lost some crystals, so my boyfriend took it to the Swarovski store in Temecula, CA on 10/17/2013. We never herd back from the associates at the store on the status of my ring, I would even come to the store and ask how much longer it would take, they would just give me a bad attitude, and state that "it shouldn't be much longer". After the 10th time showing up in the store, the manager tells me that they can not find the ring, and that they are currently going to contact the people who repair the rings. On 01/14/2014, my boyfriend gets a phone call saying that they lost my ring, and that they "discontinued" the Dazzle Ring and to come and in choose a ring worth $115 and they will send to the store in 2 weeks. So i show up to the store, and i dont see anything i like. The ring that i had was special to me, and they told me that there is nothing they can do. They told me i can drive to an outlet store and find one there, which would cost me time and money for something that was not my fault. So the only choice i had was to choose a ring in that store that i didn't even want. I picked out a ring that was $100, and i asked if they could reimburse me the $15, because we paid $115 for the ring that they had lost. They said no, theres nothing we can do, just choose a ring and we will have it sent in in 2 weeks. One of the associates got on the phone with customer service, and they said there was nothing they can do. I was so mad because they did not seem to be apologetic for any of there actions. I finally had to ask to get on the phone with customer service, they did nothing for me. So i asked to speak to someone above who i was speaking to, and she put me on hold. Once she got back on the phone she all the sudden found some Dazzle Rings. And states that i should get my ring in a week. The whole point of my very long story is that, as a loyal customer of Swarovski, I expect for the associates and managers to take responsibility with there actions. It took to get on the phone with customer service to figure out everything for myself. IF i never spoke to customer service myself, i would have never got my Dazzle Ring back. And to top everything off, i found the same ring on the internet, and in a different Swarovski store. Im also scared that the ring they promised to send to me wont show up. But i guess all i can do is wait, even though i been waiting since OCTOBER. The Temecula Store has no back bone to satisfy there customers. From this experiencing I am sad to say, I will not be purchasing future products from Swarovski Crystals stores due to this experience.
