  Terrible customer service! To start we purchased a Kenmore washer from the Temecula Sears to be delivered on a Saturday and it came on a Tuesday when we were working luckily my teenage son was home. Secondly, I started the first load in the new washer and the thing was going crazy, loud screeching, pounding back and forth, and a burning smell. Of course I immediately stopped it and we called Sears. My husband spoke with several people with no resolution including the department manager Nicole who chose not call back as promised to resolve the issue. Days later we found out they could not replace the washer til the following Tuesday nor have someone come out and put my original working washer back in. So after having to go to the laundry mat for that week they delivered a washer as promised on Tuesday. This person contracted through Sears could barely walk up my stairs and they struggled to get the broken washer out. He said he couldn't install the new washer because the wash basin was destroyed from the other washer burning through it. ( I would think if your job is to install washers and dryers you would carry those products on your truck). According to him It was their fault it was destroyed due to prior installer not lifting the legs.They were very happy they didn't have to carry it up the stairs!! So again I had no washer and had to call Sears again. I was instructed by the manager Nicole to buy a new basin which they would reimburse us for and someone would be here today for installation between 2pm and 4 pm. It is now 5 pm and no one has called or showed up. So, again I will call Sears and I guess I'll be going to the laundry mat again too! Major inconvenience and terrible customer service Nicole!! 7/27/2017 Just a quick follow up. I called the Temecula store around 6:00 that evening in promise of a returned call to find out why nobody showed up to install the washer. I never received a call back so my husband called again later to find out they canceled the order with no explanation. The washer was purchased on 7/6 and still has not been installed. The most upsetting thing is I had a working washer that they removed but now I have nothing. The laundry mat is very expensive and I have spent close to $200.00 now. It amazes me that there is no regard to the customers and no one returns our phone calls. Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!!!! I have never wrote a review about any company but Im so frustrated and consumers should known so they don't experience the same inconvenience. I suggest not buying your appliances from Sears of Temecula.

  I was happy with the final outcome. I thought the selection of clothes was small but with continued effort I found a few very nice pieces and they were very good quality. Customer service was good. Yes I will check again.
