  I love shopping at J C Penney’s . However, I have seen two different stores are very unorganized and items toss on the floor . When the store opens the store looks like the night before. It’s so crowded at each station- apparel, bedding and kitchen. There are times I just leave the store and shop somewhere else.

  Most of the time my experience is good. I have noticed recently that no one is available to help if you arrive close to closing. Itbis hard to find a cashier to pay. The one register that was open was paralyzed due to the cashier not being able to remove an anti theft device from a garment presented by a woman ahead of me. No wonder Amazon is putting brick and mortar out of business.
