  My husband called this store today & was put on hold after asking if they had something in stock. He was on hold for over 21 minutes. We were out so he called & when we were on hold for ever we started just driving towards the store. My husband walked in the store with his phone still counting the minutes he was on hold he asked for the manager & was directed to Tiffany (whom was the person that put him on hold) he asked if she had someone on hold & she said no. He showed his phone to her & she turned around to a phone behind her & said "oh". She then told him that she didn't have what he was asking for but the mall store did.... He had already called them & they did not. He continued to talk with this woman & come to find out not only did they have what he wanted they had two! I can't believe this was our experience with this store. Unbelievable.
