  My nephew went into GameStop on 2/15/18 appx at 5pm and he purchased a gift for his friend. He was asked for ID to purchase the Friday the 13th game. He provided his recently received ID from the DMV and was questioned on it's validity and was kept waiting as the so called Manager took his ID to other associates to ask if they can verify if valid or not. Then he was told he needed to purchase the warranty as it was required:( I know that customer service isn't any where it should be and now you are guilty before proven innocent. This kind of treatment is uncalled for and will be taken to the next level for explanation as when my nephew's Mother called to speak to the manager she was shocked to find out it WAS the manager who acted in this manner. My nephew is a very clean cut young man and probably too trusting so we are truly upset this occurred.
