  Horrible. Just plain horrible! I ordered an arrangement for my wife for Valentines day and they never arrived. I called and called and the phone wouldn't ring like if it was off the hook. I call the following day the 15th after several people at work complained about the same thing. And the lady says "Sorry we were so swamped we just couldn't deliver your order" like what the efff!?!? Being a big company like they are you would think they would be prepared for days like this. She goes on to tell me my delivery if out and would be delivered today in the morning. It is 10:22pm and still nothing. What really make me mad was that they called me at 5pm to ask me if I still wanted the order!? And when I say " of course " the lady says " oh okay well it's in transit " that's what they said in the morning.. ugh!! I just can't believe what a horrible experience this is.

  No stars!! The manager Toy blatantly lied to me. I placed my order online before the store opened then called to ask for a no later than 2:00 delivery. The manager, Toy, said ok. I called back at 2:15 and she yelled from the background, 15 more minutes. By the time she delivered my arrangement my fiancé was not there because he leaves work at 2:30. She left it there anyways with the secretary at 2:50. I had to call him and ask him to go back to work to pick it up. Terrible Service! I don’t recommend trusting them with your special day.
