  BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I walked in the store and was not greeted from any of the associates. I seen three of them on the clock but not assisting any customers. One associate was adjusting shoes right next to me and still did not say anything. After waiting for 10 min for a shoe that they didn't have in my size, he didn't offer to suggest another option. When he handed me the shoe he just walked away like he didn't want to help me. I was shocked that he would just stand there and adjust the shoes like I was not there nor needed help. I was really unhappy due to the fact that I shop at Champs often.
