  Angela Loczi butchered my hair. She did a decent job previously, so I returned and again asked for just a trim(same as before), even complemented her on how well it had grown out since my last visit. She proceeded to cut off several inches, to which I asked what she was doing, I had asked her to just trim my hair. She apologized and said there must have been a miscommunication and offered to discount my haircut. Miscommunication???? I asked for a TRIM. It's one syllable. A few minutes later, she spun me around to see the mirror. I discovered not only had she taken way too much off, but the left side was 2 inches shorter than the right. She asked what I wanted her to do.... I was furious. I told her she couldn't put the hair back so she might as well even it out. She said my haircut would be free. She had already cut off more than two times what I asked her to cut. There's no such thing as a free lunch or a free haircut. My hair was shorter than when I first went to her in August. She didn't listen and removed 6 months of growth in minutes. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a stylist who does whatever she wants to your hair.

  First time going here as my hubby gave me gift certificate to go to Andrea. She's such a sweetheart and compassionate and caring. I finally relaxed as very hard time relaxing ,I almost fell asleep so comfy .I will highly recommend her and will go back soon. Thanks for joining me up Andrea.
